ABC 2017 Series: Marvel’s Inhumans

The first teaser for the upcoming Marvel’s Inhumans has been dropped. The hybrid alien-human superbeing will be
brought to life on ABC in a eight-part series having Scott Buck as showrunner.

The new TV show, set in the Inhumans’ technologically advanced city Attilan, revolves around the Royal Family, led by Black Bolt, who must deal with a critical juncture, where everything they’ve ever known is at risk.

The cast ensemble includes Anson Mount as Bolt, Serinda Swan, Ken Leung, Iwan Rheon, Eme Ikwuakor, Mike Moh, Isabelle Cornish, Sonya Balmores and Ellen Woglom. The teaser doesn’t feature any of the cast members, but only an exchange of lines, as follows: “Are we supposed to follow our king and remain as silent as he is?” (by a male voice), “You’re talking about betraying your brother. You’re talking about treason.” (by a female voice), “What I’m talking about is freedom” (by a male voice).

Inhumans is set to run for two weeks on IMAX screens starting this fall, September 1, before premiering on ABC on September 26.
