2017 Movies: Baby Driver (Trailer Song)

Baby Driver (2017 Movie)
Kevin Spacey returns to the silver screen as a crime boss in the upcoming comedy action film Baby Driver.
Written and directed by Edgar Wright, the film follows Baby, a young getaway driver who works for Doc, a crime boss who leads a team of bank robbers. Baby is “the best in business” and always in demand, but when he meets Deborah, the girl of his dreams, he decides to ditch the criminal life. His plan is not that easy to put into practice, though, because the man he used to work for wants him behind the wheel again and forces him to accept this one last job, which he realizes is a doomed heist, with really serious consequences.
Baby Driver, starring Ansel Elgort in the leading role, Lily James, Eiza González, Jammie Foxx, Jon Hamm, Jon Bernthal, Sky Ferreira and others, had its world premiere yesterday, at the South by Southwest Film Festival, and is set to be released on August 11 in the US theaters and on August 18 in the UK theaters.
The trailer starts with Kevin Spacey’s character, Doc, explaining to his team members, Baby included, how they should act on their next job and with Baby repeating every thing Doc said when he’s “accused” by one of his fellows of not having paid attention. Viewers can see him showing off his amazing driving skills, despite his young age, during an attempt to get rid of the police cars chasing him, and also scenes featuring how he meets Deborah, how their relationship evolves and how Doc forces him to take part in the heist he planned. However, Baby is determined to get out of the vicious circle and makes a decision that puts his life in danger.
The song used in the trailer is the single “Radar Love” by Dutch rock band Golden Earring, from their 1973 album “Moontan”.
